Joda-Time source code is released under the business-friendly Apache 2.0 license. This is the same license as Ant, Spring, Tomcat and Jakarta.
The Hibernate support contributed library depends on Hibernate. Hibernate is LGPL licenced with specific clarifications. As a user of this library you must decide how the LGPL applies to you.
